As a learning content providing app, our goal is to collect only the information about school, parents and their use of our services that will help us provide the best online experience possible.

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application provided by my.learnersolution.com (“Application”) for web as well as app that was created by my.learnersolution.com. Once the app is installed on the mobile phone, student/parent starts getting notifications for their assignments, marks, exams etc.
- What information does web and app collect and how is it used?
1.1. We collect and store the information that school or user is providing us at the time of user registration – that is, your name, email address, mobile numbers and data about student performance in the class.
The main reason to collect your email address and mobile numbers is to make it easy for us to communicate the information to you quickly and easily. We also use this information to keep in contact with you, to provide information about students progress, new assignments, new exams etc.
1.2. We may also collect, automatically, information about how you have used the web and app: your devices’ operating systems, IP address, browser information etc.
We analyse this information to troubleshoot any issues users encountered, to work out how our products are being used and how to improve them.
- Do you share information with third parties?
We do not share your personal information with third parties other than as follows: (1) with your consent; (2) with third party vendors, consultants and other service providers who work for us and need access to your information to do that work, and are required by contract not to use your personal information other than to provide the services requested by us (3) in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition, or dissolution, transaction or proceeding involving sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets to another company; or (4) in the event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, your information may also be transferred as a business asset.

We do not collect any data except mentioned above. We only have student performance data (tests and exams data) with us that is provided and uploaded by school so that parents can use this data for their kids performance analysis. This data will also be helpful in parents teacher interactions.

In our apps, if online payment is available, your credit card or debit card information (such as card type and expiration date) and other financial data that we need to process your payment may be collected and stored by the payment processors with which we work. In addition, the payment processors generally provide us with some limited information related to you, such as a unique token that enables you to make additional purchases using the information they’ve stored, including recurring payments if you authorize automatic renewals, and your card’s type, expiration date, and certain digits of your card number.
